Comprehensive review of policy framework, training and professional practice (e.g. Student Safeguarding Policy, Under-18 Admissions Policy, Staff Recruitment Policy, IT Policy, Student Admissions Policy, Outreach & Engagement, Accommodation Policy, Support for Study, Missing Student Procedures).
Interviews with staff operating in high-risk areas (e.g. student support, sport, outreach, staff recruitment) and those with specific safeguarding responsibilities (e.g. DSL / CSO).
Policy and practice analysis on regulatory / legal requirements (e.g. OfS, Ofsted, Charity Commission, CA 89;04, CA 14, BS 25800:2024).
